1. About Our Services
Pinoy Reviewer provides free and paid online reviewer materials for the Philippine Civil Service Eligibility Exam. We are an independent study platform and are not affiliated with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) or any government agency.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Purchases (sales.pinoyreviewer.com)
- Payments are accepted via GCash or other methods listed at checkout. Orders are fulfilled digitally (downloadable reviewer files).
- All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the delivered file is proven defective and no working replacement can be provided.
- Purchased materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, uploading to other platforms, or sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
- Orders are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. Intellectual Property
